Τα μεγάλη της άνθη αναπτύσσονται πάνω σε ισχυρούς βλαστούς και ανοίγουν σε λευκό χρώμα που μετατρέπεται με το χρόνο σε βαθύ ροζ και διατηρούνται πάνω στο φυτό  για μεγάλο διάστημα.

Ανθεκτική έως -30°C., κλαδεύεται την Άνοιξη στα 20-25εκ. Μια εξαιρετική επιλογή για κάθε μέγεθος κήπου και διακοσμητικές γλάστρες.

Bred in the US, this relatively new hybrid form has been chosen for its larger than average flowerheads, which form on a relatively compact, well-rounded shrub.

This makes it a showy plant, that will pack lots of punch in relatively small spaces, particularly as it flowers over several months from midsummer.

The flowers are intriguing, as they open white, but soon turn pale pink, then continue to deepen in colour as they age.

Even when not in flower, the oak-like foliage offers structural interest and although normally a lush green, it takes on autumnal tones towards the end of the season before it drops.

If kept well watered, you can also grow this decorative deciduous shrub in a large pot.
