English

It is a beautiful succulent made up of very slender stems, that tend to cascade, which is why it is perfect for adorning balconies or hanging baskets.

Fleshy, elongated, elliptical leaves grow along the stems, they have serrated edges and a white waxy veil that makes the epidermis get an intense glaucous color, which is very particular.

Its appearance is even more amazing when, in the middle of winter, delicate pink-purplish flowers bloom on the plant that has reached a mature age, enriched with almost silvery veins and shades: a touch of elegance and exoticity that will certainly not go unnoticed in your house!

Care

• It likes very bright places, however, avoid direct sunlight during the hottest hours of the day.
• It is preferable to keep it at mild temperatures and never below 8 °C, for this reason it is recommended to shelter it during the winter period.
• Water moderately in spring and summer but only when the soil is completely dry and suspend it completely in winter.
• The best soil is a well-draining one, even better if further enriched with inert materials such as pumice, sand or lapilli.
• They do not need frequent fertilization, it is sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with watering once a year.
