Also known as 'mountain grass' because of its grass-like foliage. A very distinctive plant with upright growth and characteristic needle-like pale green leaves and fragrant yellow flowers. An extremely hardy variety, requiring very little watering. Needs little care, thrives in places with plenty of light. Water a little every 2 weeks. Ideal for decorating modern interiors and exteriors. Has the ability to purify the atmosphere indoors and release oxygen.
Care
Light: Adapts to conditions from partly dark to brightly lit. A few hours of morning or afternoon sun is a bonus for the plant. Watering: Very drought tolerant plant, stores water in its leaves. Allow the soil to dry out before watering again. Do not overwater. Temperature: Room temperature (16-24°C) but can tolerate up to 10°C in Winter. Fertilization: A thin dose of balanced fertilizer once a month during the growing season. Tip: You can prune some of the new growth to create an even more compact plant.
