PAYMENT METHODS

This page applies to orders placed through the GreenLeaf EN-EU storefront.

The payment methods available for your order, destination and delivery method, together with any related charge, are displayed at checkout before you place the order. The order-specific information shown there takes precedence.

1. PayPal

You can pay through your PayPal account. The transaction is completed in PayPal’s secure environment, after which you are returned to our store.

If PayPal offers the option to pay by debit or credit card without signing in to an account, you may use it. The availability of this option is determined solely by PayPal and may vary by transaction.


2. Debit or credit card through Viva.com

You can pay by an eligible debit or credit card through Viva.com. Follow the instructions shown in the secure payment environment to authorise and complete the transaction.

Payment processing is handled by the payment provider. GreenLeaf does not directly receive or store your full card details.


3. Availability and payment authorisation

A payment method is available for an order only when it is displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on the destination, order value, products and delivery method.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. If a payment is declined, reversed or cannot be confirmed, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled.


4. Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is normally issued to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Full details are provided in our Returns Policy.
