Product Returns & Replacements
At Greenleaf, your satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
A. Incorrect or Defective Products
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is defective or of poor quality.
- An error occurred in order processing, pricing, or shipping.
- The item arrived damaged or improperly packaged.
B. Faulty or Damaged Items
Products with a manufacturing defect or quality issue may also be returned for replacement.
Return Deadlines
- General Products: Within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- Plants: Within 4 calendar days, due to their sensitive, perishable nature.
Returns submitted outside these periods may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- Products must be in their original, unused condition.
- All original packaging and documentation (invoice, delivery slip, etc.) must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Special Terms for Plant Returns
Because plants are perishable:
- They must be returned in the exact condition received.
- 🚫 Damage caused by courier delays or mishandling is not eligible for refund or replacement.
- If delivery is missed due to recipient absence or courier error, Greenleaf cannot be held responsible for the plant’s condition during subsequent delivery attempts or storage at a courier facility.
- Immediate collection from the courier is the recipient’s responsibility.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused upon delivery for any reason, Greenleaf will not provide compensation or refunds.
