Product Returns
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement.
A) in all cases where, due to proven fault of "GreenLeaf", incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in order processing, pricing, shipping, damaged during transport or poorly packaged)
B) in all cases where there was a problem or actual defect in the product. In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum time limit for return for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt and (4) calendar days for plant returns. Additionally, in all cases, the product for replacement or repair must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
For all the above cases, the products to be replaced or repaired must be in the condition they were received by the customer, complete and without damage, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Receipt, Retail Receipt, etc.). Before any return, it is recommended to first communicate with the online store of "GreenLeaf". The shipping cost for the return of the products is borne by the buyer.
In case they are not returned within 14 days, then "GreenLeaf" may not accept any return or exchange.
In the case of plant returns: The return period for plants is (4) calendar days. Plants (due to their fragility) must be received by us in the same condition they were in when you received them, in order for us to proceed with their value refund. Plants that have any damage due to courier transport or due to delivery delays from the courier to us that may lead to their drying out are not compensated.
For plants (due to their fragility), in the event of a failed delivery of the shipment, due to the fault of the recipient (e.g. absence during delivery) or the fault of the Courier, we bear no responsibility for the condition of the plants during subsequent delivery attempts or afterwards. prolonged stay of the package at a Courier store and under no circumstances do we assume their compensation.
The recipient is responsible to ensure the immediate pickup of the package from the Courier store.
In the event that the shipment of the order is made and there is a refusal of receipt for any reason, 'Greenleaf' is not liable and in no case assumes its compensation.
