GreenLeaf is not responsible for any damages arising from order delays or cancellations (see Section 9 for exceptions). Product availability is not guaranteed, but we will inform customers promptly of any unavailability.

GreenLeaf is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of this site or the information provided herein.

9. Returns & Replacements

You may return or request a replacement:

  • A) If a product is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to GreenLeaf’s error.
  • B) If the product is proven faulty upon delivery.
  • C) For any reason, within 14 calendar days (general right of withdrawal).

Special Terms for Plants:

  • Plants must be returned within 4 calendar days in their original, healthy condition.
  • We do not refund plants damaged due to courier delays or mishandling.
  • If delivery fails due to recipient's unavailability or refusal to accept the order, GreenLeaf is not liable for any damage or refund.
  • Orders with live plants cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Returns beyond 14 days (or 4 days for plants) will not be accepted.

10. Payment Methods

  • PayPal
  • Credit/Debit Card via Viva Wallet (secure and automated; GreenLeaf does not store your payment data).

11. Order Delays

Orders may be delayed due to:

  • Force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes).
  • Incorrect or outdated contact details.
  • Absence of a valid mobile number (required for dispatch).

12. VAT

All prices include the applicable VAT.
