Also known as Epipremnum pinnatum 'Marble Planet' (incorrect name).
Originating from Asia, this collectible variety has a distinctive 'marble' texture and appearance. With shiny green leaves and aerial roots, it can be used as a climber if given support or as a hanging plant. A very hardy variety, it requires little care and cleans the atmosphere of harmful substances. Prefers bright positions and watering about once a week.
It is one of the 10 best plants for cleaning the atmosphere and this is because its leaf mouths absorb all the harmful elements in the atmosphere, which are carried to the roots of the plant. There, a multitude of microorganisms convert them into harmless elements which in turn become food for the plant and the microorganisms.
