The BACINO Cottage 30 transforms the low planter into a complete decorative object. The square shape and embossed weave surface spread greenery horizontally, with a warm yet clean aesthetic that works beautifully from every side. On a table, on a wide windowsill, on a low wall, or on the floor, it lets the plant take the spotlight without closing off the space. The removable plant liner with handles and the authentic LECHUZA self-watering system make planting and daily care significantly easier.

The LECHUZA-PON in the All-in-One Set is spread on the base of the removable plant liner and creates the functional zone between the main substrate and the reservoir. After the initial rooting period is completed, water is added through the special filling shaft and the water-level indicator shows the MIN and MAX readings.
The plant is transplanted into the removable plant liner with a substrate suitable for its type.
The included LECHUZA-PON is used as a base layer and does not fill the entire 6 L volume.
In the first few weeks, water from above, until the roots reach the moisture zone.
In uncovered outdoor areas, remove the overflow screw so that excess rainwater can drain.

From planting to self-watering in four steps
LECHUZA-PON creates the base layer and the main substrate is chosen according to the plant.
01 · Assemble the system
Place the system parts and the water-level indicator correctly in the removable plant liner.
02 · Spread the PON
Evenly cover the base with the LECHUZA-PON included in the package.
03 · Plant and water on top
Place the plant, fill with appropriate substrate, and water from above during the initial rooting period.
04 · Activate the water reservoir
When the roots reach the moisture zone, fill from the filling shaft to MAX and allow the appropriate dry phase when the indicator reaches MIN.
Cottage texture
The weave softens the clean square shape
The embossed pattern conveys the feeling of a woven surface on a durable plastic body. Light subtly breaks on the texture and gives more depth to the matte shades.
30 cm width · 18 cm height
Green on the surface, without visual obstruction
The low silhouette is ideal when you want a full planting that looks lush, but maintains an open view over tables, low furniture, or walls.
Where it fits
01On a dining table or low piece of furniture, where the low form does not interrupt the visual contact.
02On a wide windowsill, stable low wall, or large step that supports the entire base.
03On the floor, alone or in a group with planters of different heights from the Cottage Collection.
04In an indoor or outdoor space, in a level position with lighting suitable for the selected plant.
How to choose the right plant
01The root ball must fit into a plant liner approximately 26 × 26 cm with a planting depth of about 11 cm.
02LECHUZA specifies a maximum plant height of 30 cm so that the arrangement remains proportional and stable.
03Compact flowering or green plants, aromatic plants, and seasonal arrangements with similar needs fit.
04Choose a suitable substrate and adjust the dry phase according to the specific plant's needs.

Indoors or outdoors — the position of the overflow screw changes
Indoors, the overflow screw remains in place. In uncovered outdoor areas, it is removed so that excess rainwater is discharged and the reservoir does not overflow. On a wall, windowsill, or step, the base must be fully supported on a stable, flat surface.
