Terraneo makes its pots at its factory in Mycenae, Greece. Different types of earth from the Peloponnese and Crete are cleaned, blended in specific proportions and worked by hand before shaping.
A controlled process combining technical precision with skilled handwork.
Raw materials are sourced from selected quarries in the Peloponnese and Crete.
The clay is worked by hand to remove trapped air before craftspeople fill the moulds.
Once removed from the mould, each pot is finished by hand on a pottery wheel.
Controlled firing keeps the terracotta porous and contributes to its high frost resistance.
Frost-resistant to –50°C, with a 10-year frost-resistance guarantee.

It is made in Mycenae from a blend of selected earths. Craftspeople shape and finish the clay, which is dried under controlled conditions and fired at temperatures gradually reaching 1,150°C.
The 10-year guarantee covers the pot’s resistance to frost.
