Natural sphagnum moss of 100% organic origin from ECOCERT-certified cultivation. It retains high levels of moisture while its lightweight, porous structure stays gentle around delicate roots. A practical choice for orchids, carnivorous and epiphytic plants, cuttings, moss poles, kokedama and planted displays.
Sphagnum fibres absorb water and create a humid root environment without losing the lightweight, open structure needed by fine and aerial roots.

It holds water within its fibres while staying lightweight and porous around the roots.
It surrounds delicate roots and cuttings without the weight and compaction of a dense material.
Use it for orchids, carnivorous plants, propagation, moss poles, kokedama and terrariums.
Use clean water and prepare only the amount you need. The material should be evenly moist, not dripping wet.
Leave it until fully saturated and expanded.
Squeeze gently so the fibres remain moist without dripping water.
Around roots, cuttings or inside a moss pole, leave enough space for air to move through.
Rehydrate when needed according to the plant, temperature and airflow around the setup.
Fill the inside of the moss pole with moist sphagnum. In the pot, use the appropriate potting mix for the plant and do not treat continuously wet sphagnum as a general-purpose potting base.
Choose 100, 200 or 300 g. The 100 g pack yields approximately 8 L after hydration.
Soak the dry material in clean water and drain it lightly before placing it.
Reseal the pack and store the dry material in a clean, dry place. Hydrate only the amount you need.
This is a natural material, so minor differences in colour and texture between batches are normal.
