Trichocereus spachianus is a young columnar cactus with a slender green stem, numerous ribs and golden-yellow areoles.

Accepted Echinopsis spachiana grows upright and later branches, while mature plants produce large white nocturnal flowers.

What makes it distinctive

Vertical ribs, golden spines and future flowers build the Golden Torch character.

Clean slender column

The crown steadily produces new growth upwards.

Golden rhythm

Areoles form bright rows along the ribs.

White nocturnal flowers

A mature column can open large funnel-shaped blooms.

Why you’ll love it: it adds height immediately and has genuine potential to become a striking column.
