When the opening is narrow, accurate substrate placement makes all the difference. The GT163 set reaches areas that are difficult to access by hand, giving you more control when adding, levelling and refining the arrangement.
The shovel carries controlled amounts of substrate, gravel or other material, while the rake levels the surface, creates small planting recesses and restores detail after placement. Used together, they let you work gradually from the perimeter towards the centre without mixing areas that are already arranged.

Adjust the telescopic handles, organise the materials and confirm that each tool head passes comfortably through the opening.

Carry small amounts with the shovel. Then level the surface or form a planting recess with the rake.

Arrange moss and gravel with light movements. After use, clean and dry the tools, then retract the handles for storage.

What is included
The pack contains two tools: one telescopic rake and one telescopic shovel.

How to use it
Adjust the handle to a comfortable length. Add material in small amounts with the shovel, then use the rake for final shaping. Keep every movement gentle and avoid pressing against the glass.

Technique for a clean composition
Establish the outer boundaries first and work gradually towards the centre. Build in thin layers so that each correction requires only a small movement of material. The rake is useful for lightly combing moss or gravel and for final levelling; pressure or compaction is not required. Keep the tool head parallel to the glass and always leave enough clearance to turn it and withdraw it through the opening.
