CLOSED TERRARIUM STARTER SET

Terrarium Vase set 15lt (AGG48)

A 15-litre bottle with cork and two telescopic tools, bringing the glass and the access needed to start a carefully arranged terrarium.

15 L capacity
Dimensions 30.3 × 30.3 × 44.4 cm
2 telescopic tools
Cork included

The Terrarium Vase set 15lt (AGG48) combines the characteristic narrow-neck bottle, its cork and the tools required to reach deep inside without placing a hand through the neck. The generous volume creates a striking green focal point with room for more layers and richer planting.

With the cork in place, moisture circulates inside the bottle through evaporation and condensation. The arrangement needs far less frequent watering than an open planting when compatible plants are selected and the system is given time to settle.

WHY THE SET MAKES SENSE

The bottle and the access arrive together

The narrow neck gives the arrangement its clean, sculptural form, but it also calls for long tools. This set solves that practical point from the beginning, helping you place, level and correct the layers with greater control.

Closed terrariumA creative giftBuild from the beginningRoutine maintenance

The bottle, cork and two telescopic tools are supplied together.

The tools reach down for shaping the base and making small corrections.

Clear glass keeps the moisture cycle and every layer of the arrangement visible.

Ready for a creative start

Begin with the bottle and the essential tools required by its narrow neck.

A contained moisture cycle

The cork helps retain moisture so it can return gradually to the substrate.

Reach at depth

Telescopic tools provide controlled access to the interior.

Build the terrarium in three clear phases

The key is restrained moisture and plants with compatible requirements.

01Create the layers

Add drainage stones, activated carbon where required and a suitable substrate. Use the tools to level the base.

02Position the plants

Choose compact plants that enjoy similar humidity. Leave space between them and away from the glass.

03Observe the balance

Water very lightly, fit the cork and watch the condensation. If the glass remains heavily misted, open it briefly to release excess moisture.

Guide, contents & care

Everything you need remains visible and easy to scan.

What is included

A 15 L recycled-glass bottle, cork and two telescopic stainless-steel tools — a trowel and a shaping tool. Plants and layering materials are not included.

Suitable plants

Choose compact plants that enjoy stable humidity, such as Fittonia, small ferns and other tropical plants with compatible requirements. Avoid cacti and succulents in a fully closed, humid arrangement.

Dimensions & materials

Capacity: 15 L
Dimensions: 30.3 × 30.3 × 44.4 cm
Materials: recycled glass, stainless steel and cork.

Light, humidity & cleaning

Place in bright indirect light, never direct sun. Light morning condensation is normal; persistent heavy misting suggests excess moisture. Clean the glass with a soft cloth, rinse the tools after use and dry them completely.

Frequently asked questions

Are plants and substrate included?+

No. The set includes the bottle, cork and two telescopic tools. Plants and layering materials are selected separately.

Should the cork remain closed at all times?+

Once the arrangement settles, it can remain closed. If heavy condensation persists or the substrate is excessively wet, open it temporarily for ventilation.

Does it need frequent watering?+

No. Water circulates inside a balanced closed terrarium. Add more only when moisture has genuinely decreased.
