Sybasoil Syngonium Premium Mix

Specialized, peat-free substrate for Syngonium. Keeps Syngoniums “happy”, helps prevent root rot, and supports lush leaf growth by providing the right structure that mimics their natural habitat. The blend of pumice, coco husk and perlite creates an airy mix, while activated carbon is added specifically to support humid conditions by reducing the risk of mold and unwanted microbial activity.

Why it works for Syngonium

Airy substrate: pumice, coco husk and perlite create a structure that delivers the oxygen roots need.
Moisture with safety: coir works as a moisture buffer without getting overly heavy.
Protection in humidity: activated carbon helps against mold and unwanted microbial activity.

How to use

Remove as much of the old substrate as possible.
Gently squeeze the pot while holding it sideways to loosen the plant.
Rinse the roots with lukewarm water to remove remaining residue.
Trim dead foliage with scissors.
Add a thin layer of mix at the bottom of the pot.
Place the plant and fill around it with Syngonium mix.
Make sure the point where roots meet the plant is lightly covered with substrate.
Press the mix gently so it settles in the pot.
Water thoroughly after repotting.

💧 Will it retain enough moisture?

Yes — coir keeps stable moisture, while pumice/perlite/husk chips ensure aeration and proper drainage.

🧪 Does it contain fertilizer? When should I fertilize?

It contains organic nutrients and worm castings for a gentle start. Based on the technical values (EC 1.0 / pH 7.3 / NPK 58 - 6.8 - 145), continue with light feeding depending on your plant’s growth.

🪵 Is it suitable for other plants?

Yes — besides Syngonium, it also works for Pilea when you want an airy mix with balanced moisture.
