Upper support, lower load
- 100% iron
- 4.6 × 0.7 × 15.2 cm
- BPH136
- Verified technical details
The black 15 cm S-Hook adds drop or an immediate hanging point to a compatible rail, ring or beam. It needs no fixing of its own, but both the upper support and the item below must sit securely inside the two open curves.
TWO CONTACT POINTS
Upper support, lower load
The upper curve rests on a stable support and the lower curve receives a suitable ring or handle. Both must remain deep inside the hook.
- 15.2 cm overall height.
- Made from 100% iron.
- For organising tools or compatible hanging items.
Important: No load limit is published, so no invented kilogram rating is provided.
Choice of length
Two sizes change the final drop of the item.
Simple metal form
The black S shape is discreet and easy to inspect.
01Check both ends
Before loading the hook, confirm that neither the upper nor lower contact can pass through its opening.
- 01Step 1: Choose a rigid rail or ring that supports the complete load and is not sharp or too narrow.
- 02Step 2: Seat the upper curve deeply on the support and the lower curve deeply through the item's ring.
- 03Step 3: Test low and gradually, checking balance, slippage and the extra weight after watering.
02Open-hook safety
An S-hook has no locking gate; geometry and gravity keep the item in place.
- 01Check 1: Do not use where wind, impact or side movement could lift a ring out of the open curve.
- 02Check 2: Never hang above people or fragile items and do not use it as personal safety hardware.
- 03Check 3: Inspect for bending, coating damage or corrosion and replace any deformed hook.
