The low, broad silhouette, generous opening and continuous curves give Recco 57 the sculptural clarity of a contemporary bowl planter. Warm terracotta softens its minimalist geometry, creating a hand-finished piece that sets off the plant with a calm, expansive presence.

A diameter of 57 cm combines with a height of 27 cm and a nominal capacity of 36 L. The 19:9 ratio gives Recco its distinctly low, broad silhouette.

Raw materials are sourced from selected quarries in the Peloponnese and Crete.
The clay is worked by hand to remove trapped air before craftspeople fill the moulds.
Once removed from the mould, each pot is finished by hand on a pottery wheel.
Controlled firing keeps the terracotta porous and contributes to its high frost resistance.
