Why you’ll love it
🍁 A new colour palette every season. 🌸 Summer flowering interest. 🏡 Easy care and low maintenance.
🧠 Greenleaf for nerds — Scientific facts nobody asked for
🌿 Nandina domestica belongs to Berberidaceae (it was historically treated as a lone genus in some classifications). 🧬 Its seasonal colouring is linked to anthocyanin accumulation in the leaves, often intensified by cool nights and high light. 🌸 It flowers with small, white, star-like blooms that can later develop into red berries (depending on conditions and pruning). 📏 'Obsessed' is selected for its smaller size and upright, compact habit. 🏆 PBR registration means it is commercially protected across key markets (EU & USA).
☀️ What light does it need?
Sun or partial shade; it’s tolerant of shade as well.
🔎 Note: Due to the natural variability of plants, the plant you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Shape, size, and colour can vary by season and growing conditions.
