Family: Apocynaceae • Pot diameter: 19cm (3L) • Height: 70–80cm
White, unstoppable flowering in a dwarf form 🤍
An improved, compact Mandevilla with clean white flowers. Ideal for pots and planters, small gardens and mixed compositions — impressive from spring until the first cold spells.
Place it in a sunny to partially shaded position, protected from strong winds. Use a pot with plenty of drainage holes and a rich, well-draining mix such as peat-based potting soil with perlite. Water when 40–50% of the substrate has dried; in summer, it may need watering more often. Pruning is not required — simply remove spent flowers to keep the plant clean.
Natural group & distribution: The genus Mandevilla originates from tropical South and Central America, where many species grow in warm, bright habitats such as forest edges, often with a climbing habit and a preference for good drainage.
Breeding background: This is a cultivated selection of the Rio® series, developed through selective breeding for a dwarf habit and extended flowering.
How it differs from related types:
Propagation & stability: Propagated from semi-ripe cuttings under high humidity and gentle warmth; key ornamental traits are maintained clonally.
Garden value: A popular choice in European markets for its small footprint, clean white palette and reliable summer performance.
