Leca®ton provides mechanical support without closing the root zone. Its round 4–8 mm particle size is intended for small and medium hydroculture containers.

Preparation & use

Before use

Set up hydroculture correctly in four steps

Rinse the granules before planting to remove normal transport dust.

01Rinse with clean water

Remove fine dust that may be present on the granules.

02Prepare the container and level indicator

Use equipment suitable for hydroculture and check that the water level can be read correctly.

03Position the plant securely

Spread the roots and add the granules gradually without crushing them.

04Add water and nutrition

Set the water level and use hydroculture fertiliser according to the plant's needs and the product instructions.

Leca®ton provides support, not nutrition

The growing material does not replace fertiliser. Use a suitable hydroculture nutrient product and follow its dosage instructions exactly.
