Juniperus 'Andorra Compact' is a low, evergreen shrub that spreads horizontally to form a dense carpet. Its foliage is green-bronze, taking on more copper tones in winter.
Full sun or partial shade with well-drained soil. Exceptionally tough; adapts easily to poor soils and challenging sites.
Juniperus horizontalis is native to North America, forming extensive mats on rocky slopes and in cold regions.
The cultivar 'Andorra Compact' was selected for its compact habit and its winter color change, while remaining exceptionally hardy in frost and difficult conditions.
