The Hoya burtoniae 'variegata' impresses with small, downy leaves and cream stripes that give each stem its own pattern. Ideal for collectors, this hoya can form dense, trailing curtains or cover trellises in bright indoor spaces. Its flowers appear on inflorescence axes and resemble tiny waxy stars, filling the room with a delicate fragrance and an exotic atmosphere!

The Hoya burtoniae 'variegata' was developed as a rare mutation by collectors in the Philippines and has spread in recent years as a must-have collector’s plant, thanks to its distinctive colour and downy leaves. The cultivar was stabilised through careful selection and monitoring of flowering over several years.
