Herb Scissors use five pairs of stainless-steel blades —ten blades in total— to chop soft herbs quickly and evenly. They are a kitchen tool for leaves such as chives, parsley or dill, not a pruner for hard or woody stems.

01Clean cuts through soft herbs
Work with a small, dry amount so leaves do not clog between the blades.
- 01Step 1: Wash and dry the herbs and remove hard stems.
- 02Step 2: Keep fingers away from the blades and make short, controlled cuts.
- 03Step 3: Release the chopped leaves and clean the gaps before residue builds up.
02Hand wash only
The narrow spaces require thorough rinsing and immediate drying.
