Herb Scissors use five pairs of stainless-steel blades —ten blades in total— to chop soft herbs quickly and evenly. They are a kitchen tool for leaves such as chives, parsley or dill, not a pruner for hard or woody stems.
All five blade pairs move together and cut a small amount of soft foliage at a time.
Important: Not dishwasher safe and not intended for hard, fibrous or woody stems.

Parallel blades produce strips of a similar width.
Snip herbs straight over a bowl or plate.
Work with a small, dry amount so leaves do not clog between the blades.
The narrow spaces require thorough rinsing and immediate drying.
