Enrique brown

A handmade terracotta plant pot with a curved, full form and a layered brown finish. The fine embossed mesh across the exterior holds brown, near-black and terracotta shades, while the warm interior leaves the character of the terracotta visible and gives the arrangement a natural, mature depth.

The Enrique’s gently curved silhouette balances the surface’s strong material character. The brown finish moves between deep brown, black shadows and warm terracotta tones, while the minute relief creates an appearance that shifts subtly with the light.

The Enrique identity

Curved rounded formThe body widens gently and creates a stable, sculptural presence.
Minute reliefThe dense embossed mesh gives the patina tactile texture and depth.
Brown patinaDark brown, black shadows and terracotta tones reveal the character of the material.

Plant pairings Pairs particularly well with Schefflera ‘Gerda’ and Schefflera ‘Melanie’: the first plant’s deep green canopy creates a calm natural continuation, while the second plant’s brighter variegated accents stand out clearly against the dark brown patina, as do other plants available in Ø13–13.5 cm nursery pots.

Where it looks best On a console table, bookcase or side table, alongside light or dark wood, natural stone, black metal and fabrics in ecru or terracotta tones.

It is suitable for a plant in a Ø13–13.5 cm nursery pot. Measure the nursery pot’s external diameter at the top rim before placing it inside.

Does it have a drainage hole?

No. The Enrique is a decorative pot cover without a drainage hole and is used with the plant kept in its nursery pot.

Why is the Enrique called 14 cm when its external diameter is 17 cm?
