Genuine LECHUZA System · special DELTA 30/40 construction

The reservoir is located inside the removable plant liner.

The removable element is the plant liner — not the tall outer planter. It is lifted by the recessed perimeter handles and includes the planting zone, the LECHUZA-PON layer, the water reservoir, and the water-level indicator. The lower DELTA band provides the architectural height and houses the elements that support the plant liner.

The recessed handles allow you to lift the planter without moving the outer planter body.
The DELTA 30/40 is assembled with the special support elements included in the package.
For the first few weeks water from above and afterwards use the reservoir with the MIN/MAX indicator.
In uncovered outdoor areas, adjust the drainage according to the instructions so that excess rainwater is removed.

First assemble the support base and use the reservoir once the roots reach the moisture zone.

01 · Assemble the support

Place the special support elements on the outer planter body following the sequence of the official DELTA instructions.

02 · Add PON & plant

Spread the provided LECHUZA-PON, place the plant, and fill in with the appropriate substrate.

03 · Water from above

In the first weeks, water the substrate from above so that the roots grow toward the moisture zone.

04 · Switch to reservoir watering

When the plant starts to draw water, fill through the filling shaft and monitor the MIN and MAX indicators.

Drainage setup depends on the location

For indoor use, keep the drainage holes closed and protect the floor during assembly and watering. In an uncovered outdoor location, adjust the drainage as shown in the official DELTA instructions, so that excess rainwater can drain away.

With specially designed boxes, we ensure that the plants will reach you intact, no matter what they encounter on the way!

All plants in 3L pots or larger are placed in individual boxes that secure the plant at the base of the pot, preventing it from tipping over.

The cardboard used for the boxes is specially made to provide resistance to potential impacts during transport.
