The DELTA Premium extends greenery horizontally in an elegant, slim and gently curved silhouette that fits where a conventional planter would feel too bulky. Its premium finish subtly reflects the light, while the elongated form showcases small arrangements, flowering plants and herbs on windowsills, sideboards, shelves and tables.

The names DELTA 10 and 20 are size names; the actual outer dimensions are listed in detail below.

Original LECHUZA System · removable plant liner

The elongated form hides the entire self-watering system

Plant in the plant liner above the LECHUZA-PON layer. After the initial rooting period, the roots draw moisture from the integrated water reservoir, while the water-level indicator shows the available water level. The complete plant liner lifts out for easier plant replacement, care and root pruning.

The removable element is the inner plant liner, not the outer planter body.
The plant liner has the same color as the outer planter body for a unified premium appearance.
For the first few weeks water from above and afterwards use the reservoir with the MIN/MAX indicator.
The DELTA 10/20 does not have a drain plug and is recommended for indoor use.

The right start in four steps

The water reservoir is used after the roots move toward the moisture zone.

01 · Add the PON

Spread the provided LECHUZA-PON at the bottom of the plant liner as a watering layer.

02 · Complete the planting

Place the plant and fill with suitable substrate, leaving the filling shaft and the indicator free.

03 · Water from above

In the first weeks, water the substrate from above so that the roots grow toward the moisture zone.

04 · Switch to reservoir watering

When the plant starts to draw water, fill through the filling shaft and monitor the MIN and MAX indicators.

Remove dust and fingerprints with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth and dry gently. Avoid abrasive sponges, hard brushes, and strong cleaners that may dull the finish.

Place the DELTA on a level surface that can support the total weight of the fully planted planter, and choose lighting suited to the plant. Protect furniture and sensitive surfaces from drips during watering or cleaning.

For indoor use only

The DELTA Premium 10/20 does not have a drainage plug or an outlet for excess rainwater, and LECHUZA recommends it for indoor use. Do not place it in an uncovered outdoor spot where it can fill with rain.

When do I refill the reservoir?

When the indicator reaches MIN, allow the appropriate dry phase for your plant and then fill up to MAX. Its duration depends on the species, light, and temperature, so monitor both the indicator and the condition of the substrate.

Can the DELTA Premium stay outdoors?

With specially designed boxes, we ensure that the plants will reach you intact, no matter what they encounter on the way!

All plants in 3L pots or larger are placed in individual boxes that secure the plant at the base of the pot, preventing it from tipping over.

The cardboard used for the boxes is specially made to provide resistance to potential impacts during transport.
