Coleus 'Vulcan' is a highly decorative coleus variety with rich burgundy-red foliage, dark brush-like markings and a characteristic lemon-yellow edge that lights up each leaf individually. Its value lies mainly in colour and texture: the leaves have a wavy, slightly pleated surface, creating depth and liveliness even without flowers. With compact, well-branched growth, it is ideal for pots, patios, bright entrances, seasonal plantings and spots where an immediate colour effect is needed. In sun or partial shade it keeps a strong presence, as long as the substrate remains evenly moist and the plant is protected from low temperatures.
Place it in a very bright position with sun or partial shade, depending on the intensity of summer light.
