'Butterfly' is a fantastic variety of Japanese Acer with 3 colours of foliage. The palmate and deeply slit leaves are pale green with a creamy white outline that turns pink when they mature and when the weather turns colder. It grows in a V-shaped shrub with dense foliage, mainly at the top of the shoots. An ideal variety for small gardens and decorative pots.
