Osmocote Bloom (2-3M) 500gr

Normal price €4,50
Controlled-release fertiliser for flowering plants

Osmocote Bloom (2–3M) 500 g

For bedding plants and small flowering pots, good nutrition should support flowering without encouraging overly soft, loose growth. Osmocote Bloom uses an NPK 13-7-18 high-potassium formulation with magnesium, sulphur and trace elements, designed for short cycles of roughly six weeks to three months. Mixed evenly into the growing medium before planting, it provides a steady nutritional base for 2–3 months at 21°C — ideal for balcony pots, small flowering containers and seasonal displays that need to stay compact and well presented.

Composition & analysis

Higher potassium for flowering plants

The 13-7-18 analysis combines NPK, magnesium, sulphur and a complete trace-element package.

The product base

NPK 13-7-18 + 1.5% MgO + 20.7% SO₃ and trace elements in a controlled-release fertiliser.

  • Nitrogen forms: Total N 13.0% · nitrate 5.2% · ammoniacal 6.9% · urea-formaldehyde 0.9%.
  • Phosphorus & potassium: P₂O₅ 7.0% (5.0% water-soluble) · K₂O 18.0% (18.0% water-soluble).
  • Magnesium & sulphur: MgO 1.5% (1.0% water-soluble) · SO₃ 20.7%.
  • Trace elements: B 0.018% · Cu 0.052% · Fe 0.35% · Mn 0.05% · Mo 0.017% · Zn 0.021%.
01

Designed for flowering plants

The higher-potassium balance suits bedding plants and small flowering pots.

02

Compact presentation

Supports controlled growth so seasonal displays retain a tidier form.

03

A 2–3 month cycle

Well matched to short crops and fast seasonal changeovers.

For short flowering cycles

Intended primarily for incorporation into growing media before planting.

01

Bedding plants

For crops lasting roughly six weeks to three months.

02

Balcony pots

For small flowering displays with controlled growth.

03

Small flowering pots

For even base nutrition from the start of the cycle.

04

Seasonal refresh

When replacing plants and growing medium for the next flowering display.

Three rate levels to match plant demand

Official rates are based on unfertilised growing medium and even incorporation.

  • 1.5–4.5 g/L
  • Mix before planting
  • Do not dibble
  • 2–3M at 21°C
01Light rate

1.5–2 g/L for plants with lower nutrient demand.

02Normal rate

2–3 g/L for most standard flowering applications.

03High rate

3–4.5 g/L for more demanding flowering plants.

043 L pot example

At the normal rate of 2–3 g/L, mix a total of 6–9 g.

Incorporate into the medium — do not dibble

Mix it evenly through fresh growing medium before planting. Concentrated dibbling is not recommended. Rates are based on unfertilised medium; if a starter fertiliser is present, it should not exceed 0.5 kg/m³ and total nutrition must be recalculated.

500 g

500 g pack for accurate dosing in small flowering pots and seasonal plantings.

Coated CRF granules

Higher-potassium formulation for incorporation into flowering-plant growing media.

Storage

Store in dry conditions, preferably not above 21°C, and seal the pack carefully.

Frequently asked questions

Answers on flowering plants, dosage, application and longevity.

01Which plants is it designed for?

For bedding plants, balcony pots and small flowering plants with a short cycle.

02How much should I use?

Use 1.5–2 g/L for light, 2–3 g/L for normal and 3–4.5 g/L for high feeding.

03Is it applied on the surface?

The official application is primarily even incorporation into growing media before planting.

04How long does it last?

It lasts 3–4 months at 16°C, 2–3 months at 21°C and 1.5–2 months at 26°C.

05Why is potassium higher?

The 13-7-18 balance is tailored to flowering plants and compact growth.

06How should it be stored?

Keep it dry, preferably at no more than 21°C, and seal the pack carefully.
