Siena 12 M Terracotta Ceramic (E9312) gives the plant a warm ceramic base with a natural terracotta tone and a subtle hand-finished look. For easier cleaning and removable water control, the active combination uses a 10×9 Plastic liner and Pegulator II/9VE. The liner is not a culture pot: the plant remains in its own suitable growing pot.
The 10×9 Plastic liner sits inside Siena and creates a removable, easy-to-clean inner surface for the water reserve. The Pegulator II/9VE tracks the level. The plant's culture pot remains a separate part of the system.

The liner is not a culture pot and must not be used for bare roots.
Dry-fit every component before adding water. The liner should sit evenly and the plant's culture pot should enter without pressing against the ceramic rim.
Make sure it is clean, with no punctures, deep folds or sharp edges.
Let it follow Siena's interior without strong folds or pressure.
Fit the II/9VE and keep the plant inside its suitable culture pot.
Add water gradually and stop at the usual OPT mark, checking that every component remains stable.
Do not place bare roots directly inside it. The plant needs its own suitable culture pot, growing medium and proper support.

Clean the ceramic pot and liner separately for better control.
Wipe with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and a little mild soap. Avoid abrasives and knocks.
Lift it out, discard old water and rinse away mineral deposits or residue with a soft sponge.
Replace the liner if punctures or distortion affect its ability to hold water.
