This versatile, dwarf conifer is an excellent choice for an evergreen border, accent or container plant. The outward-curving branches with dense, dark green needles create an interesting bird's nest effect. Its tight, compact shape requires little maintenance. Very hardy and wind resistant.

This is a carefree spreading conifer with bright color that adds welcome contrast to darker shrubs. Use as groundcover or as a low divider between driveways or along the property line. Good low plant that won't obstruct the view from elevated home sites. Ideal filler between upright conifers and broadleaf trees. A candidate for rock gardens, where it spills nicely over boulders and dry stone walls.
