Διασταύρωση των Agave και Manfreda, οδήγησε σε φυτά με την ανθεκτικότητα και το αρχιτεκτονικό σχήμα της Agave και τη γρήγορη ανάπτυξη, τους μοναδικούς χρωματισμούς και τα μαλακά αγκάθια της Manfreda.
Ανθεκτική μέχρι -5 ºC μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί τόσο σε εσωτερικούς όσο και σε εξωτερικούς χώρους. Γρήγορης ανάπτυξης, ιδανική για συνθέσεις με άλλα παχύφυτα καθώς και για διακοσμητικές γλάστρες.
Την περίοδο ανάπτυξης χρειάζεται τακτικό πότισμα ενώ το πότισμα θα πρέπει να σταματά σχεδόν τελείως τους χειμερινούς μήνες.
Όταν το φυτό φτάσει το επιθυμητό μέγεθος, μειωμένο πότισμα περιορίζει τη περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη του φυτού.

The Mad about Mangave® series offers varieties that have interesting forms and colours.
The varieties of Mad about Mangave® are fast growers. If they reach the desired size, water sparingly.
Mangave loves a spot in full sun; this is where the colours and distinctive spots show best. The Mad about Mangave® are beautiful as a specimen in a pot or container but also perfect for a mixed container with other succulents.
Plant Mangave in a well-drained soil. Ideal for outdoors on patio or balcony as well as indoors. The variety is hardy to -5 ºC so place it indoors in winter to enjoy this succulent even longer!
'Lavender Lady’ is a unique, feminine beauty whose solitary rosette habit and smoky purple coloration make it look very similar to an Echeveria.
In direct sunlight, smoky purple leaves are formed at the top of the rosette and have subdued burgundy purple dots.
As the rosette ages, the ovate leaves lighten to green, forming a two-tone effect. Each leaf has a cinnamon brown terminal spine.
The margins are lined with tiny white spines; running your fingers along them feels like a comb, as they are fairly benign.
